Hough Transform of GIFs

It’s past midnight, and I should be sleeping. But I started playing with the Hough Transform, and man is it fun. I haven’t really done anything practical with it yet. In actuality, I need to write a paper about it for one of my classes. So this evening, rather than doing productive things with it, I decided to find a bunch of animated gifs on the internet to see how they look in Hough-space.

I figured this one would be the most interesting since it’s a rotating line.

I wanted to see the effects of a spherical object.

And, of course, the requisite cat gif.

  1. I don’t comment, however I looked at a few of the remarks here
Hough Transform of GIFs | Stochastic Observations. I actually do have some questions for you
if it’s allright. Is it simply me or do a few of the responses look like they are
written by brain dead people? 😛 And, if you are posting at other
online sites, I would like to follow everything fresh
you have to post. Would you make a list of every one of your social networking sites like your linkedin profile,
    Facebook page or twitter feed?

    1. Thanks for the comment! Feel free to leave a comment on any post you might have a question, and I’ll answer it when I can.
